RETURNS POLICY

WB Hunter aims to provide an exceptional experience to all customers, both in-store and online. We understand from time-to-time you may need to return items. The terms below apply to all returns:

Change of Mind Returns
We offer refund or exchange of goods where you change your mind, with the following conditions:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of sale
  • Goods must be returned in usused condition, with packaging intact, in saleable condition, as they were at time of purchases
  • All refunds will be given in the original tender. Where a cheque was paid, refund will be via EFT to customer’s nominated bank account, refunded after cheque has successfully cleared.
  • Goods must be supplied with a receipt or tax invoice
  • If no receipt is supplied, return will be at the discretion of WB Hunter Pty Ltd

Exceptions
We cannot provide refunds on the following items:

  • Special order, custom made or cut-to-size items
  • Tinted paint
  • Toilet seats
  • Refrigerated products
  • Commercial quantities of products
  • Gift cards
  • Food items

Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that are owed under Australian Consumer Law. We will repair or replace any item that does not meet these guarantees. This includes where goods:

  • Are not of acceptable quality (i.e. the goods are faulty or do not function); or
  • Are not fit for their intended purpose; or
  • Do not match its sample or description.

Online Purchases
Online purchases can be returned to any store with a copy of the order confirmation.

  • Returns can alternatively be posted back to the following address with a copy of the order confirmation: P.O. Box 96, Shepparton VIC 3630.
  • Shipping costs for change of mind returns are at the expense of the customer
